Nexara provides AI conversations, model access, search, files, generated artifacts, Modeler features, and related tools. Features may change, be limited during beta, or depend on a selected plan and provider availability.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, be legally able to use the service, and tell us if you believe your account was used without permission.

Do not use Nexara to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, evade safeguards, abuse providers, harass people, or generate content that creates a serious risk of harm. You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security.

You keep ownership of prompts and files you provide, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. You are responsible for having permission to upload material. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for your situation; review it before relying on it. Nexara is not a lawyer, doctor, financial adviser, or other licensed professional.

Browser actions, automations, agents, integrations, and Modeler operations can affect external accounts, files, websites, or other systems. You must review permissions, destinations, and generated actions before enabling them and remain responsible for the results. Do not give an agent access to anything you are not authorized to control.

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout. Prices, limits, credits, and included features are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply. If a payment fails, access may be limited. Cancel future renewals through the available billing controls; any refund or credit is handled under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

Nexara’s community giving program is a conditional future commitment: beginning with the first successfully settled paid-plan billing, Nexara intends to donate $1 to support people who are blind or have low vision. For quarterly or yearly billing, the donation is scheduled 30 days after that billing period begins. Refunded or charged-back transactions do not qualify. This program is not a tax-deductible donation by you, and the beneficiary or timing may change if required by law or operational conditions.

Nexara may rely on hosting, authentication, payments, model providers, search providers, storage, and integrations. Their availability and terms can affect features. We do not control third-party content or guarantee that every provider will remain available.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or abuse the service. You may stop using Nexara at any time. Provisions that should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms—will continue to apply.

Nexara is provided on an as-available basis during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The updated date above will change when we do. Continuing to use Nexara after an update means you accept the revised terms.

For account, billing, privacy, or safety questions, use the feedback and support channels available inside Nexara. Include enough detail for us to identify the issue, but do not send passwords, secret keys, or sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
