Known issues

The Windows app runs locally, while signed-in conversations sync through your Nexara account. “Runs locally” describes the app process, not an offline-only chat database.

Nexara uses a shared daily and weekly Compute allowance across models. Free accounts and guests have smaller allowances than paid plans; paid weekly Compute is worth 1.5× the plan price (2× on web chat). Allowances reset daily and each Monday, respectively.

Cancellation takes effect immediately: the paid plan is removed and the account returns to the applicable free allowance. Previously created chats and files remain on the account unless you delete them.

NexaraClaw, direct APK distribution, the CLI, and several creative or agent workflows are beta surfaces. Expect incomplete edge cases, provider outages, and behavior changes. Keep backups of important files and review agent actions before publishing or sending anything.

Download pages expose the current app version when available. For high-assurance installs, compare the published SHA-256 checksum from the release notes with your downloaded file; do not install an altered or unofficial binary.
