Security and privacy
School accounts do not require students to provide their own email address. Nexara stores only the account and school-management details needed to provide the service. Chat data is retained for the account and can be deleted by the account user.
Application updates
After applying, the School Admin receives status updates at their verified contact email, including review confirmation and acceptance or follow-up requests.
Credit Topups remain available for school accounts. All school applications are reviewed before student provisioning is enabled.
